KM-01: Workplace fundamentals
This module introduces learners to the foundational workplace knowledge, principles, and practices required within the Solar Photovoltaic (PV) industry. Learners will develop an understanding of workplace structures, employee and employer relationships, communication practices, workplace ethics, organisational processes, and workplace health and safety requirements relevant to PV environments. The module also introduces learners to the PV industry, workplace responsibilities, labour relations, communication systems, organisational structures, and the legal and safety frameworks that govern the work of a Solar Photovoltaic Service Technician.
