- Guided Zoom/Google Meet onboarding call
- Platform walkthrough and admin dashboard assistance
- Course creation (up to 3 courses set up for you)
- Uploading of course content (videos, PDFs, quizzes)
- Tutor profile setup
- Custom branding (logo, institution details)
- Integration support for Zoom or Google Meet
- Advice on pricing your course and listing it
2. 🔁 Ongoing Monthly Support (If Renewed):
- Monthly video call check-ins (optional)
- Updates to existing courses
- Uploading of new course material (limit applies)
- Layout adjustments or structure support
- Technical assistance and bug troubleshooting
- Access to priority support via email/WhatsApp
- Support with coupon creation or sales campaigns
